Refund policy

At Esthetica, many of our pieces are produced in limited quantities or crafted made to order. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

Ready-stock items
Eligible ready-stock items may be returned within 48 hours of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.

Made-to-order and customized items
Made-to-order, customized, and specially finished pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once production has started.

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item
  • clear photos of the packaging

We will review the case and, where approved, offer repair, replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Non-returnable cases
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • made-to-order items
  • customized items
  • normal variation in natural stone, marble, wood grain, texture, or handmade finish
  • damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper care
  • items reported after the stated claim period

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees
Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed error or damage caused before delivery.
